360 Degree is a confidential process where an employee receives feedback from his peers or managers in a confidential manner. On the feedback form, no designation or name is mentioned which makes the feedback confidential from the people who are working with the employee. Usually, 8-12 people fill out the online confidential form that asks for a wide range of competencies questions.
The questions are usually measured on a Likert scale as well as written comments are provided. The person receiving the feedback form also fill out the self-rating survey form that has the same questions which other peers would solve on their self-survey forms. An employee can have a better understanding of his weaknesses and strengths through this feedback form.
