Definition of Conflict Of Interest

The conflict where one party evidence is not strong even then the judgement came in that party favor. This happens mostly in the cases where the judge or the jury knows and have affiliation with the party. Therefore, the conflict of interests develops at that stage. Hence this conflict is known as conflict of interests.

This act of conflicting interests should be eradicated so that justice should be done positively and effectively.
