Conflict arises when two or more people oppose the ideas, opinions, or values of each other. Conflicts are normal among team members in the corporate world and are of two types. Destructive and Constructive conflict.

 


Destructive conflict hinders the performance of the company or a team-leading to poor performance and long delays in the project completion.

 


Constructive conflict helps individuals to come up with different ideas or views to achieve the team or organizational goals. Companies arrange meetings to encourage constructive conflict, where participants are free to talk openly and they respect the opinion of others to find out the best possible solution.
