Exclusionary rule is the defined rule applied when a violation has occurred and the police are not allowed to investigate. Even legal prosecutions are not allowed to ask from them. In this rule, no evidence could be taken from the violator upon asking. The investigators are not allowed to investigate forcefully.
The violators could be allowed to stay quiet and this seems a loophole which opens the floodgates eventually. It prevents the violator from telling each information specifically which could be the cause of leaking the information i.e. disinformation.
