Definition of Product Liability

Product liability is the legal liability on the manufacturers. The question is what that liability is.

Liability on any manufacturers who are manufacturing or producing products on a large scale and that product seems faulty. Upon that faulty product, there is a legally bound liability upon the manufacturer of that company to hold liable upon producing and selling the faulty products.

Therefore, any product which a customer consumes from the seller and that product has some production fault in it then that customer can go in the court and file a case against that manufacturer. Courts eventually will found the company producing faulty products liable.

This is known as product liability.
